1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, using an API key, or using any Pinkflow service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About Pinkflow and these services

Pinkflow is operated by Miro Mal, an individual based in Tel Aviv, Israel. These Terms currently cover Namescapeand Gateway.pink, as well as company pages at pinkflow.ai.

Namescape is in launch preparation. The implemented Gateway.pink catalog is a developer preview, but public API and documentation access are not currently open. Neither product is a currently open public purchase offer.

3. What Namescape does

Namescape takes a description of an idea and produces domain-name suggestions with price guidance, likely-availability clues, and final checks. Suggestions help you shortlist names; they do not guarantee availability, price, or legal clearance.

4. What Gateway.pink does

The implemented Gateway.pink developer-preview catalog defines utility, public-data, validation, rendering, lookup, and model-backed APIs intended to work behind one key. Public API and documentation access are not currently open. If invitation-preview access is offered, each shared route contract will identify its price, data source, and storage policy.

5. Accounts and API keys

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or hold a production API key.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for your account sessions, credentials, and API keys.
• Do not share a personal account or publish a secret API key.
• Contact us promptly if you believe a credential has been compromised.

6. Namescape searches and Gateway credits

• Namescape launch pricing uses one-time search packs in USD. See Namescape pricing.
• If Namescape checkout opens, a paid action will deduct its published search amount only after the paid work returns a usable result.
• At launch, signed-out trial attempts will be rate-limited and will not be a paid balance.
• Gateway.pink preview pricing defines one credit as $0.001. Fixed routes have a published per-call price.
• If Gateway.pink paid access is enabled through a future checkout or an invitation preview, fixed routes will use their published per-call price; metered calls will settle from provider-reported cost subject to the caller's budget; and browser preview routes will settle from provider-reported browser time.
• Under that paid access, each paid Gateway request will require a valid, unique Idempotency-Key. Reusing a key will not repeat the provider call or debit.
• Gateway.pink credit checkout is not currently available. Published packs are preview prices, not purchasable offers today.
• If purchases open, resulting balances will be non-transferable, will have no cash value, and cannot be resold.
• The published launch and preview pricing does not include a subscription or auto-renewal.
• Any future purchase will generally be final once delivered or used. See the Refund Policy.

7. Payments

Eligible purchases are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record / authorized reseller. Your card statement will show PADDLE*PINKFLOW. Paddle may calculate tax and display a localized total before checkout. We do not receive your full card number.

8. Responsible use

You will not:

• Use a service for unlawful activity, trademark infringement, cybersquatting, abuse, or attacks.
• Bypass rate limits, billing controls, authentication, or published usage limits.
• Scrape, bulk-harvest, or resell outputs or service access contrary to the product contract.
• Use Gateway.pink to target private networks, exfiltrate secrets, distribute malware, or interfere with another system.
• Misrepresent Pinkflow output as a guarantee or professional legal, financial, or security advice.

9. Your inputs and provider processing

You retain your rights in the inputs you submit. You grant Pinkflow the limited right to process them to provide, secure, and support the requested service. A provider-backed feature may transmit the input required for that call to the named upstream provider; the product terms or route contract shared for that access and ourPrivacy Policy explain those boundaries.

Do not submit data you are not authorized to process or disclose.

10. Outputs and third-party information

Generated names, availability signals, public records, provider validations, screenshots, OCR and document extraction, model output, and other results can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify important information with the relevant registrar, registry, provider, authority, or source before relying on it.

11. Service changes and availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Preview routes, sources, models, prices, and features may change or be withdrawn. We may restrict access for maintenance, security, abuse, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

12. Intellectual property

Pinkflow owns its brands, site content, and proprietary service components. Open-source components and public standards remain subject to their own licenses. These Terms do not override rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

13. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miro Mal, operating as Pinkflow, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a service. The total aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable Pinkflow product during the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements, with notice where reasonable.

16. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the relevant service or account email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
