1. Generally final once delivered or used
Namescape search packs are digital consumables. A pack is consumed when a search is run. Because we cannot reliably verify partial use, purchases are generally final once delivered or used, except where required by law or where there is a billing or delivery issue we can fix (see Section 4).
2. Why
Once you run a search, the value of the pack has been delivered. We have no way to "un-deliver" the suggestions, availability clues, or price guidance you received. This is the standard model for digital consumable products.
3. Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in this Policy waives any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under Israel law, EU/UK consumer protection, or the law of your country of residence. If a local right entitles you to a refund in your specific circumstances, that right always applies.
4. Issues we will always fix
Contact us and we will make it right if any of these happen:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical failure.
- You were charged but searches were not added to your account.
- An unauthorized transaction appears on your account — report it immediately.
- The service was materially unavailable at the time of purchase and you received no value.
5. Timing
- We respond to billing reports within 2 business days.
- We aim to resolve billing and delivery issues within 10 business days of your first report.
6. How to report
Email hello@pinkflow.ai with your account email and the transaction ID if you have it. Please report billing issues within 60 days of the transaction so we can investigate promptly.
7. About Paddle
Payment is processed by Paddle, the merchant of record / authorized reseller. Your card statement will show PADDLE*PINKFLOW. For billing disputes, contact us first — we will resolve what we can directly and loop in Paddle when needed.
