1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using any Pinkflow service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About Pinkflow

Pinkflow, operated by [Your Full Legal Name], an individual based in Israel. These Terms apply to all Pinkflow services, currently including Namescape. Future services we release are also covered automatically.

3. What Namescape does

Namescape takes a short description of an idea and returns a shortlist of domain names with price guidance, likely-availability clues, and registrar checkout paths. Suggestions are guidance to help you shortlist names before checkout — not a final answer.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • One account per person.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

5. Search packs and billing

  • Namescape is paid for with one-time search packs, priced in USD. See Pricing.
  • Payment is processed by Paddle, the merchant of record / authorized reseller. Your card statement will show PADDLE*PINKFLOW.
  • Search packs are consumed when a search is run.
  • Packs are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be resold.
  • Packs are a one-time purchase. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
  • Purchases are generally final once delivered or used. See Refund Policy.

6. Using the service responsibly

You will not:

  • Scrape or bulk-harvest suggestions for redistribution.
  • Resell suggestions or access to the service in bulk.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract internal models or sources.
  • Use the service for trademark infringement, cybersquatting, or other illegal activity.
  • Run high-volume automated queries that bypass normal use.
  • Share account credentials or access tokens with third parties.

7. Your inputs

You own the prompts and inputs you submit. You grant Pinkflow a limited permission to process those inputs solely to deliver the service to you.

8. Our outputs

Suggestions and availability data are guidance, not guarantees. You must independently verify domain availability, registrar pricing, and trademark or other legal clearance with the relevant registrar and authorities before buying or using any name.

9. Service changes and availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may also restrict or suspend access for maintenance, security, or policy violations.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that suggestions, availability clues, or price guidance are accurate, complete, or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinkflow and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Pinkflow and its operator against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
