Use this inbox for launch and pricing questions, policy requests, security reports, and issues from an invitation preview. Public product access and checkout are currently closed.

What to include

• Namescape launch or pricing question: the feature, search-pack price, or launch detail you want clarified.
• Gateway.pink invitation-preview report: if Pinkflow invited you to a preview, include the route, request identifier, status code, and timestamp. Do not email secrets, API keys, or sensitive payloads.
• Future purchase or billing question: the product, published price, and what you want clarified. If Pinkflow later opens checkout and you report a charge, include the transaction identifier and charge date. See the Refund Policy.
• Privacy request: your account email, product, and the right you want to exercise. See the Privacy Policy.
• Security report: the affected company page or invitation preview, impact, reproduction steps, and a minimal proof of concept. Do not access data that is not yours.

Resolution target

We aim to resolve launch-pricing and policy questions within 10 business days of the first message. Invitation-preview, security, payment, or privacy investigations may take longer; if so, we will explain what is still being checked.
